Huge parking lot so you shouldn't have an issue finding a spot up close. Depending on the time it can get busy and late at night we have seen a line almost out the door. However, the staff is quick and friendly so even with a line it moves fast. Prices are pretty average. If it's busy, definitely check your order as one time they messed up and missed adding the toppings to our waffle but we had already driven home and didn't bother driving back. It was my first time here and there was plenty of seating inside. The staff was helpful and super quick too. I ordered a brown sugar latte with oat milk and it was good. It tasted a little too milky for my taste but not bad. They have lots of drinks options so I'll have to come back another time to try something else

Just another fru fru ( slang for frou frou) place for drinks. Over priced, for the size. More for the young scene and people with a sweet tooth. Th place is clean and the young staff are very friendly.
