Was wandering the mall and got hungry for breakfast . Unsurprisingly there were very limited selection for breakfast and we stumbled upon this little Mira Mesa gem hidden between all the big dining restaurants in the mall. We ordered two taiwanese breakfast sandwiches (one spam, egg, cucumber and the other with Canadian bacon, egg, cucumber), a strawberry creme bubble waffle, and hot tea. The service is so good! And the food is absolutely delicious I had the Taiwanese sandwhich and the bread was so soft and the flavor of all the ingredients were fresh and delish! Also got the campfire iced coffee and it was excellent

My message to the business owners would be to stick to the thing you're best at (the snow ice) and really make it shine, like making a build your own snow ice special or add special things like matcha or red beans, instead of trying to stretch the menu and do things that would end up with alright results, especially for smaller kitchens.
