Domino's Pizza

I will not be ordering from this dominos anymore. It’s local to my neighborhood and the past 4 times they have delivered my order 30-50 mins outside of the delivery time I was given. They always have excuses as to why they can’t meet the delivery times and are completely rude and dismissive about it. Do better!

Terrible customer service

Don't go to the San Carlos location on Lake Murray if you want curbside delivery. I ordered a pizza last night for curbside delivery, got there, and checked in. So far so good. However, I sat in my car for 10 minutes watching all the action inside the store. Never, not once, did anybody appear to be bringing out my pizza. On my phone it reported I was checked in. I saw a delivery driver come out, put the pizzas into his car and take off. Finally, I got out of my car and went inside to get my pizza. Once I was handing my pizza, I asked if they were still doing curbside delivery. All that was reported to me was that they were busy. No apology, nothing. If you're busy, either hire more people or remove curbside delivery as an option. This morning I talked to my neighbor, and she said she had the same experience. There are too many pizza places around to not offer good service. Mountain Mike's is right down the street.

Hey guys I’m only making this complaint to see some change, I order from here once every two- three weeks. The past 3 orders I’ve placed there hasn’t been garlic sauce on the crust and the pizza has either been burnt or absent of sauce all together, todays order I informed the young lady that took my order of my past issues and asked her to ensure quality. When I arrived to pick up the pizza it was the same issue and I brought it up and the guy making it said “my bad”. I get that this isn’t life or death but what needs to be done to get the product promised here ? Sorry for raising the issue I just want it fixed, for every one person that makes a complaint there’s 10 that don’t think it’s worth the trouble.

I've gotten pizza here several times recently. The pizza I got yesterday, June 3rd, 2025, was a huge disappointment. Not only were the additional toppings ridiculously sparse but there was hardly any cheese on either of the 2 pizzas I got yesterday. Practically no cheese and barely any of the toppings we were looking forward to made the pizza seriously disappointing. Based on our experience yesterday, we would not order again from this Domino's.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option! I tried to order online to use the 50% off coupon. Delivery time was 35 minutes. I finally got to checkout after declining all the extras. A pop-up told me that I had to spend 23.95 for delivery so I added a pasta dish for 10.00. Another pop-up told me that there was a technical error and to try again. I called the store and spoke with the manager who would not take a phone order. He said this online coupon was the best deal of the year, they were extremely busy, and delivery was 2-3 hours. What? They didn't prepare for this! Not acceptable.

Food is always cold and toppings are not spaced evenly. Delivery takes on average an hour despite me living 10min away.

Clean Domino's store with typical chain pizza. This store has about 6 tables if you choose to stay and eat there. Their NY style pizza was fluffy, but same as other Domino's. Pizza was ready quick, hot and the staff was friendly.

Don't bother ordering "extra" for any toppings. You likely will receive nothing more than whatever the standard amount is.

No difference between pizzas with regular amounts, and extra amounts.

Delivery people are chill which is a plus.

Adrian the driver was fast and nice when I told him he was at the wrong building great customer service as a driver if I had more cash for tip I would have tip more then the 4% !!! The food was also amazing and fresh ! I will be placing a delivery order in the near future (:

If you can avoid it DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They don't care about service and will deliver 3 to 4 pizzas In one trip. The order will always come later than the eta and I mean every time.
