I ordered delivery online and the delivery driver called me asking if I could come downstairs to meet him and get the food. He stated that he’s been to my apartment before and was unable to get in. I told him I am able to provide him with my call Box number and I will be able to buzz him up. He literally was going back-and-forth with me as to why I should come downstairs and pick up my order. Even after I told him I couldn’t leave the apartment as I was babysitting my one year old niece. He then finally reluctantly agreed to bring me my food. About maybe 15 minutes later I still didn’t hear my doorbell ring and I didn’t get a call from him. I decided to look outside the door and realized that he dumped my food in front of the door without letting me know it’s been sitting outside for all that while. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a horrible service when having my order delivered to me. This was definitely unacceptable.

So we went there yesterday and we got a PIZZA and a SIDE for like $15. When I got home I saw that they were having a SPECIAL ( 2 medium ? and some bread , Desert and a BOTTLE of SODA ) for like $20. Do you believe that those people IN THAT SHOP would have advised me of this? NO, OF COURSE NOT!!! JUST UNBELIEVABLE. But I DO NOT BLAME THEM, I BLAME MANAGEMENT If they don't care WHY SHOULD THEY? AS, longest the STORE makes his DAILY SALE the FRANCHISE OWNERS don't care. I just don't get it. CREATE FUTURE LEADERS!!!! BUT YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU GIVE and it this case it is NOTHING!!!

Absolute worst location! Manager is completely useless. Needed to change store locations, they preemptively cancelled it causing me to lose all my points and free pizzas on that order. Manager states there is nothing to be done
Literally the best dominoes I've ever had, the quality is perfectly the same every time and delivery is always fast. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks to all the pizza baristas at this location, you guys are a professional well-oiled machine.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called in the order since I had trouble through the app getting the coupons only to be told I couldnt use the same coupon more than once anymore. After I placed the order I decided it was just too much for pizza as the bill was close to going out to dine in somewhere. As soon as they picked up and I explained I was going to cancel the order I was asked to give a reason so he could tell his boss. I let him know it was too much. The guy followed up with telling me why I ordered then, because I ordered. To note, I've cancelled orders before if we decided we wanted to dine out instead and had never had push back like today. All this push back from the employee asking me why I ordered if it was too much only for him to also hang the phone up on me. If you want to be treated with hostility this is the place to be. And I can only presume the employee acted the way hes been trained since he mentioned he needed to report to his boss this cancellation, if so, horrible service been trained by management at this location.

I just picked up a pan pizza and it literally had no pizza sauce on it. I tried to call and let Dominoes know that I wasn't pleased, but they didn't answer the phone. I never had a pizza with no sauce before, I'm very disappointed.
