The food was super mediocre. I got the meatball cheese katsu, came with 2 of them. Barely any cheese in there, basically just tastes like a regular meatball that’s fried. You do need to pay extra for rice and miso, which was something new. Been to many katsu places, this was the first one.
The Deluex menu made me wonder if it was really worth the price. That said, the scallops and shrimp were tasty. I also ordered the katsudon, and the pork-katsu stood out✨ the meat had a nice springy texture while still being tender, which made it really enjoyable. Next time, I think I’ll just order the Loin Katsu on its own.🤟
Great food, warm staff, large portions, what more can you ask for? Our friends are regulars here and I'm glad they introduced us to this place. I will now always compare other katsus to this restaurant. Make a reservation and you won't be disappointed.
