Einstein Bros. Bagels

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem. I did a mobile order today and on it was a chocolate milk. When I went to pick it up it they put a reg milk instead and didn’t tell me, I guess hoping I wouldn’t notice….That’s problem #1….I did notice and pointed it out only for the employee to tell me there was nothing they could do because the Einstein’s app is 3rd party…? So I asked if they would just refund in cash the $2.80 she said she could not and rambled some more about 3rd party app and I would need to go through them, but she didn’t know how to do it….That’s problem #2. The employee was nice and professional but trying to replace my drink with something I didn’t order & not telling me is dishonest….The explanation and result was ridiculous and unacceptable and made NO sense. I don’t usually complain about anything on these reviews but this was really annoying to me. What happened to the customer is always right?….Especially one that’s been coming here for years. Not good… 👎👎

The bagels, as always, were delicious. However, our drinks took so long to arrive that we had already finished our bagels by the time they came out. Everyone was friendly, but it seemed like the person making the drinks might have been new, and no one stepped in to help, even though it was just three drinks and there were staff members available. It would be great if they could improve the speed of the drink service to match the quality of the food.

My breakfast sandwich just wasn't the same as the other location. Neither was my bagel. Both had the smallest amount of schmear on them and my sandwich barely had any ingredients. However the service was friendly and the place was very clean.

WHERE IS MY PATTY?!!

From time to time i go to this location on a Sunday morning and I order the Chorizo Sunrise with an extra patty. Every time I have been charged the price of the extra patty. And only in two occasions have i actually received it only because I made sure to repeat myself, that comes across as a very demanding or annoying customer telling them how to do their jobs. So I didn't do it the last time, today. But then again I got my sandwich with no extra patty.

You will need to repeat yourself several times despite how annoying that can be to both parties, but it is the only way to get your order right.

I have not kept track of the times that has happened but I think this is my fifth time maybe fourth time that I have not received the extra patty.

And they charge a lot for the extra patty!!

Worst bagel shop with worst service. I tried Einstein bagel first time and it was so horrible that I will never visit this place again. People working there have attitude problems.

My Aunt had the cranberry bagel with cream cheese while I had ancient grain bagel with cream cheese. We both had medium size coffee. She had their decaf and had a refill while I had the dark roast. Both roasts are very good. Laura was very polite and professional

Quick breakfast or lunch stop for sure. Customer service was pleasant and I definitely visit again.

Guy with the hoop nose piercing needs to be more helpful. Gave me a whole bagel, uncut, untoasted. When I asked for it to be toasted with CC, they threw a whole bagel in a bag and gave it to me. Like a dog. Coffee is gross. I came right when they opened. Do better people, it’s just bagels.

I don’t usually write bad reviews because I know it’s not good for the business but I would like the manger Tyler and the district manger Michelle to be aware of how their employees treat other customers, I went in to use my rewards, yes I had 4, at the order taker I did not separate the orders, I will next time if I ever go back, BUT it shouldn’t matter, that’s what the employees are working for is to do those things for me at the pos that you pay at, this older black lady with back in the day uniform on meaning she might have been working there for a while, mind you was ignoring me and talking to some lady while I was waiting to pay, was complaining the whole time about how they usually don’t do this many rewards at a time because they have to put it in twice then the cooks get confused, all you have to do is put “DO NOT MAKE” on the orders, it’s NOT that hard, yes it’s a little time consuming and tedious but wow it’s not that serious, I explained to her that all these people behind me orders aren’t even done yet so why can’t they wait to pay? Ryan then came over to help out the other guests, he didn’t have his uniform on, he had a band shirt or some random shirt with print, that’s not even aloud for one, he then laughed at a customer and me for not knowing where the $0 tip is on the screen, I said “yeah I used to laugh at customers too” because it’s ridiculous I know exactly what’s they are doing, making fun, thinking their job is high school or a social party, grow up lady you’re older what are you doing? I’ve worked at Einstein’s for a very long time I don’t understand why they have to be so lazy and complain like they don’t make $20.50 an hour, you have enough people working there why do you have these two?
Be graceful in what you do, don’t make people feel stupid or a burden on your $20.50 an hour job for wanting to use THEIR rewards that they earned.

Decent place. Bagels seem small but they are tasty. Orange juice was horrible!!! Probably wouldn't go again.
