Thank you to Sophie for her wonderful customer service. I ordered two sandwiches inside and unwrapped them at home. Unfortunately the sandwiches were missing eggs, but Sophia happily took my call and was able to get me store credit. Bagels were and are always amazing.

Update 2025: Made a mobile order early in the morning, coffee and bagel was served quickly. Service has improved from my last visit.

Delicious food and fast service! Their cold drinks are some of the best and pair perfectly with the bagels. Just keep in mind they don’t serve hot coffee here, likely due to the neighboring Starbucks. Overall, a great spot for fresh bagels and quick bites.
