Been going here for over 25 years. The new night cook is tearing this business down. The fresh beans & rice are the stables of this place but he is serving dry beans & rice so dry it was like it was never cooked. This is the third time this has happened. I go in the day time no issue. I literally can recall when they got a new cook because the lack of care of apparent first burrito. PLEASW FIRE THIS GUY! HE IS RUINING YOU FOOD! No one should be that lazy, thoughtless, or careless!!

Non cash fee of 75 cents is ridiculous. Credit card companies only charge 3% so your order would have to be at least 25 dollars.

Don’t go here. I ordered food online, and payed for it. I showed up and they told me that I had to also pay at the store to get my food. They told me to contact my card issuer for a refund. So I paid twice.
And after all that, the tacos weren’t even good. How do you screw up tacos??
Unfriendly staff, trashy place, 1 star

The pollo asada burrito was delicious. The burritos here are pretty big, especially for the price.

The food is good the prices a re good the drive thru is horrible specifically leaving because they had a homeless man lurking right after you order hell pop his hands out a inch closer and then the exit was horrible because of the angle you can get a good view of the street so you'll scrap you whole undercarriage

Looks scary, but it bought back wonderful memories of my childhood. Five rolled tacos and extra American guacamole. Sooo bomb! No pic and ate them fast, then back to northern California.

Great, fast service and food that speaks for itself. One of the best spots for authentic Mexican food you can find in So-Cal. Go there next.

Absolutely no Mexican food in San Diego can beat their red or green hot sauce. They also have the best courteous and accurate service hands down. Flavor and generous portions on point.
Vegetarian options: I enjoy their Veggie Burrito, and they have recently added potato tacos to the menu

I seen their advertisement on Instagram and seen that they've been around in the community for a while and wanted to support community businesses. I went there and initially tried to utilize the drive-thru and was as close to the speaker as I could get without messing up my car and she still couldn't hear me, so I parked and walked up to the front window. I ordered a simple chile relleno and cheese enchilada. Once I received my order which was pretty fast, I give them that, I realized that the cheese was not melted, there were big chunks of cheese as well in my order, and my chile relleno was already super soggy. I enjoyed that there was a place to sit outside that also had shade. Despite my food being lukewarm, soggy and my cheese not melted, it was okay. I unfortunately will not be coming back.
