This is supposed to a salvadorean restaurant? Well, I ordered plantain with salvadorean cream and beans. First of all beans are not salvadorean...they don't have the taste. The salvadorean cream...nope..not salvadorean. The plantains...they are young. Not sweet and tasty as they are supposed to be. The corn tamale. Plain. No flavor. The loroco pupusa....not enough cheese neither enough loroco to enjoy the pupusa. As it is supposed to be. I do not recommend this place.

The food was good. But overhearing the owner/manager arguing with staff, wasn't nice. I believe the manager should avoid being loud/shouting and insulting staff, especially when knowing customers can hear him and understand Spanish. More respect for staff/customers.

Really good, my advice call order ahead because sometimes they take forever to get your order and serve your food.

Absolutely worst service and food. Highly disappointed.

Very bad service, food was so salty and pupusas were not cook well. The waitress was very rude, I will not come back to this place

Great Salvadorian flavor, just be aware that there’s a long wait since they cook everything freshly.. if you’re in a rush this is not the place to go..

Been coming here for years. In my opinion they make the best pupusas. Parking can be tough as they share a little lot with a market.

Best Papusas I have had in 30 years. They are stuffed beyond belief. Yucca frita con chicharon is perfection. Salvadoran empanadas con creams are perfect.

This is the most authentic tasting food around San Diego. Best pupusas and combination plates. Not to say fried plantain with sour cream. Lots of delicious options. Service is always good as well. The chairs & tables appear to be getting a little bit old but they aren’t bad. We come here when we are in the area. All the way from Escondido.

I usually come here for pupusa , but I won’t be anymore because I was literally forgotten while other people who order after me were served and halfway done with there plate 😑. I only order 2 pupusas for a quick eat, It seemed like it was a joke to have forgotten me in the first place, and my pupusas were cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted not happy while eating it either. But since I paid had no choice. Love the food, hate the service. I’ll just miss out. Thanks though.
