Fredcel's is bomb. Takeout only and cash just heads up. Parking can be terrible but the food is worth it. The lumpia is amazing and I've never had anything I didn't like. They used to have blood soup which was sooo good but it's never around anymore. Super friendly people and you're in and out real quick.
Discovered this gem while it was "temporarily closed" according to Yelp status. They have regular hours and only do takeout for now, and cash. Made notification with Yelp, but it has yet to show. This is just to let you all know that they are up and running. Have had the chicken adobo, chicken tocino, pancit, and of course the lumpia. The abobo, tocino, and the lumpia are very good. I love the lumpia !! You really have to order in person as they rarely answer the phone and the hours are limited !! But the lumpia is so worth it!!! However ... their building on 38th is being sold and I stopped there on 4/12 and no one was there :( On my previous visit on 3/30 I was told they would be finding a new spot and would update their Facebook !! So I'm on here looking for updates !!!
