The young lady behind the counter needs smiling lessons, seeming annoyed that we were interupting her screen time. When we got home, we found that 2 of our 6 empanadas were not ones we'd ordered. The empanadas were good but not great. I've had them elsewhere with more abundant filling.
My experience here was nothing less than otherworldly. My order was graciously taken. The empanadas handed to me in a beautiful vessel of love with regular-level spicy sauce. And the taste, oh the taste. Simply unfathomable flavor combinations. My mind and soul surpassed known levels of consciousness as I aggressively consumed empanada after empanada. Lamb? Yes please. Ratatouille? Thank you very much. Goat cheese and mushroom? Do NOT mind if I do. And again and again. Grotesque...
What a fantastic, cozy find!! From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the staff (a sweet lady), & the delicious & juicy empanadas (chicken, beef, etc), & alfajores (shortbread cookie pie with dulce de leche filling)!! And, the Humm Mango Passionfruit kombucha was so good!! We’ll definitely be back for more Argentinian food!!
