Urs made our wedding cake of vanilla bean cake and Bavarian cream frosting as well as a chocolate fountain on 10/22/2010 and I still remember how delicious the cake was. Urs was adamant that we shouldn't have a chocolate cake if I also did a chocolate fountain bc our guests would be too "chocolate'd" out. Awesome, beautiful, and delicious cakes! We used Euro Pastry for our wedding over 6 years ago and we still order pastries and cakes from them! For our wedding they made me a small gluten free cake and it was great and safe for medical dietary needs! Highly recommend Euro Pastry!

Manju as authentic as it gets outside of Japan...if you have shopped at most Japanese supermarkets in Southern California you have probably seen their manju on the shelves. Tasty treat...reminds me of my Grandma and Grandpa.
