I went in to redeem my birthday reward (I received an email about it, so I thought it was valid), but it didn't show up in their system. Maybe because it was June 30th and with my birthday being on July 4th, the reward wouldn't activate until July 1st. Either way, Naz, the associate working at the time, was incredibly patient and kind my entire visit, graciously accommodating me.

I had a wonderful experience at this Cold Stone! I believe the woman helping me was named Naz so sorry if I spelled your name wrong , and she was so kind and welcoming. She made me feel right at home and was incredibly patient while helping me choose what I wanted. The store was very clean and well stocked, and everything looked fresh. I had such a great experience at this Cold Stone! Even though there were only three employees working and the line was very long, they handled everything so well. They stayed friendly, worked quickly, and never seemed overwhelmed. The customer service was amazing from start to finish.
We also ordered a Cold Stone cake for my birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone at my party loved it, and it was definitely one of the highlights of the celebration.
