Been here several times and I've never ended up disappointed. The food is in large portions and tastes great!

As if this place needs my review and I don’t ever do this on a first time visit but I literally just finished my meal and I CANNOT pass a minute without leaving this review. Now, yes, am I probably still on a food high… absolutely but to meet the hype is so hard to come by nowadays. I ordered the buffalo sandwich combo and could not believe the quantity matched by the quality of take out. Tell me you haven’t ordered some take out and by the time you get home it looks all depressing or you wonder how you just paid $20 on the most depressing portion ever. Not this place. When I tell you I made a mess eating this sandwich, I MADE A MESS! I barely even made it to the fries. Whether you’re a foodie, a hungry mofo, or just trying something new I’m confident you’ll find something on their menu to meet your fancy. To have this place local is a godsend amongst all the food desert locations surrounding me. One last suggestion, just order from the shop. All the online ordering bumps up the price like crazy. You’ll end up spending an additional $7 for no reason. I’ll go sink into my food coma now. In the meantime… go get some chicken!

I would have rated it 5 stars but I saw an employee cough in her hands and wipe her nose then proceeded to touch food right after (without washing or sanitizing). Even before covid, I think that's gross.

It's all about chicken and other fried stuff. Although they now have dine in service you may want to take your meal to go. The inside didn't have the best ambiance but that was no big deal, just an observation. The other reason I suggest take out is because the Firebird Chicken Sandwich (the most popular one) is SUPER sloppy to eat. I mean, nearly impossible to eat, can't put it down or you'll never be able to pick it up again, sloppy. They really should have cut it in half. To be honest, it's almost too much stuff (I can't believe I said that!). Pickles, sauce, 2 chicken pieces, more sauce, more pickles, (I do love pickles!) there may have been lettuce?? I deconstructed it so I could eat it. Since it is super sloppy can you please, please, please, provide better napkins!? And, leave the napkins on the table. I must have used 20 napkins and had to keep getting up to ask for more. The other item we tried was the Firebird Fries. They had chicken pieces, sauce, pickles and maybe other stuff? Onions? It may have had onion. I liked the fries more than my sandwich partly bc it was easier to eat and for some reason the flavors came through more. We also had the fried pickles. They were really good and crunchy, although we were surprised because we didn't get any dipping sauce for them. That's shocking considering they're all about their Firebird Sauce! So, we asked for sauce and they gave us ranch. That was kinda weird.I definitely think the place is worth checking out, but I'm not sure if I'd come back again, not bc it wasn't good but they are kind of a one trick pony...Chicken, lots of sauce, pickles. I had it, it was good, but it didn't really blow up my skirt.

When they named their restaurant, they had it right. I ordered the Big ol sandwich and it was just that. If you have an appetite of a full grown ogre, this sandwich is for you.

This review is based off of not just the food, but customer service. As soon as I entered the establishment I was promptly greeted as anyone should. The kind and energetic soul at the counter, Maria, provided me with several options and some ideas for first timers. Her personality and informative nature made me feel right at home like a southerner should. Customer service is always a very vital part of my dining experience and she made Fire Birds stick out this week. I decided upon the "Big Ol" sandwich and and the mac and I wasn't disappointed. However, just know that this isn't your southern spicy cuisine. Although, I still recommend it, as this place is built and fitting for west coast taste buds. Thanks for being amazing Maria!

We love Firebird! This spot has never let us down. Just not too stoked on the drink size we recieved for 3.50 each. That small for that price kinda hit below the belt.So if you're ordering from Ubereats, just know that the soda you're paying for at that price is considered a "small" in most establishments.

Only being able to have takeout was a very interesting place. I ordered the number one item on the menu. In my opinion it is a huge chicken sandwich, very messy and you need a fork not a plastic one haha. I believe they have three types of hot sauce I asked for the mild. Again there was nothing mild about it it was very hot it's so big I couldn't eat it all in one sitting so I have leftovers. Yummy!
