Awesome establishment! Great vibes and exceptional service from Steven. He was on his game. Anytime we needed anything there wasn't a long wait and he kept checking in without being over the top.

Great staff but I would not come here for the food. The chicken strip were hard and flavorless, dipping sauces were 1,000 Island and weird bbq. Burgers are small and they give you like 14 French fries. The staff are courteous and friendly which saved the day.

If you're not white don't bother going, it feels redundant to even write this as I had already heard about this from others yet here we are in 2024 having to still deal with this bs. Whatever, will simply not be back and if y'all POC I suggest y'all don't waste your time. Do better hostesses

Might be the busiest bar in PB on a Sunday.Great music but no where to dance.More packed than a can of sardines. Shoulder to shoulder.

What a great place for House Music, great food, drinks and views.Parking: You can pull up to the front and get a value of a good price or take your chances in the neighborhoods just before you get there.

Firehouse is a classic PB spot for food, drinks and going out! They have a rooftop area which has great views for sunset! We went for happy hour and got some great deals on appetizers and drinks. The calamari was sooo good. The vibe is definitely more of a party though, so if you are looking for something more chill/quiet this is probably not the right spot. But it is a great place if you are looking for music and views!

We had Steven and he was awesome! Super attentive, great problem solver, very quick, and seemed super kind. We noticed some of the other waitresses/waiters looked annoyed a lot, so we were even more grateful that we got him.The food was... fine. My friend didn't really care for her noodles, she said they were very salty and watery. However... she actually drank water. I've never seen her drink water while out eating before, so they were so salty it got her hydrating. LoL (I'm trying to be positive) I got the tomato bisque, it was standard. The salt and pepper shrimp was pretty standard... more salty than I've had it in other places... but to be fair, I've had a lot worse elsewhere. I got the French toast... it was fine. Overall, we didn't feel the food was worth the price. It was for sure just paying for the ambiance. We spent $145 for two people, only one person had alcoholic beveragesOverall, I should give this place around a 3 or 4 stars... but our waiter really made this place shine. He gets 7 stars... so that helped the score

Good food and drinks. Got the Buffalo chicken Caesar wrap and thought it was delicious. They had a DJ on the roof during brunch on Saturday. It was fantastic sun when we first arrived, but they put the shade cover up too soon and we lost the benefit of the rooftop vibes. Service was okay, but wasn't over the top great. Unfortunately, the business charges a 5% surcharge to "cover the cost of rising prices". Be aware that everything you order will have a 5% charge on top, and that does not go towards tip. Because of this hidden charge, I won't be returning.

The food is yummy for a fair price point. Service is great! The drinks are good but the live DJ sets are the best! They are on a covered rooftop with heaters. A fun vibe.

I ordered lettuce cups with crispy Buffalo chicken. The crispy chicken pieces were served in a bowl separately . They were cold, and they tasted awful. No evidence of chicken, just fried coating. The waitress was lovely. I’m sorry she works in such a below par restaurant. There were very few people there and I can see why.

I bought a bottle and a table at firehouse on a weekend night and my server waited for my group to finish our bottle and then kicked us out, presumably because the bottle service girl wanted to fill the table with another group so that she could increase her tips for the night. It seems like the workers here are constantly trying to scam the customers for tips. This is not the first time I felt like I was a part of a racket of sorts. The security in this place holds a line down on the first floor for capacity reasons and this creates a large line to get up to the second floor. The security then goes around to people in line down below on the first floor and solicits tip money from the people in line as a way to skip the line and get up to the top floor faster. These lines will form even when the top floor is half full or almost empty. This entire place is ripe with illicit schemes by the staff who will do anything to make money by scamming their customers. I think Firehouse has a nice atmosphere and the food and drinks are good, but the level of unscrupulous behavior in this place makes me not want to go back and I will never buy a table at this place again.

The food is good. Fresh, hot and tasty. The drinks… definitely overpriced. $20 for a double gin and tonic with well gin could be excused in Pacific Beach if it was actually a double, this one was definitely not.
