Garden Fresh Restaurant Corporation

When I arrived in San Diego I craved some great Mediterranean food, so I stumbled upon Garden Fresh. I was welcomed by Kenta and Adrienn who were there to answer any question or request I had. No task was too big or small. The end result was an ambrosial meal and experience. People like Kenta and Adrienn are hard to find in today’s work force, and helped to show off the remarkable food at Garden Fresh. I’ll be back. Making it a staple of my trips to San Diego from now on. Thank you Kenta and Adrienn

I came in to grab a quick bite before work today (08/27/21) and had an awful experience. I ordered one beef shawarma sandwich because it's one of the only edible things I've had from this place. Nearly an hour later (after multiple other customers had came and left with their food) I finally got my sandwich which was completely cold as if it had been left out the whole time I'd been there. Flavor was still okay to be fair but it was gross and I didn't finish it. A sandwich with meat and fresh veggies needs to be served fresh, especially after such a wait for something so simple. On other occasions that I've visited this restaurant I tried some of their stuffed grape leaves and spanakopita both of which were inedibly bad, worse than frozen versions you could get at like trader Joes. That said their shawarma sandwiches usually are not that bad and it's the only option for Mediterranean food in the area so I'll probably go back at some point. I wish I could retract my tip and slap the cook in the face for ruining my lunch and making me late for work.
