Ordered the Ube mochi donut and the coffee black tea. The drink was amazing, perfect amount of sweetness and balance of coffee/tea flavor. The $4 donut was mediocre. Service was a bit slow as there was only one worker. Parking lot limited with tight/cramped spots.

Loved the tea! Friendly staff too and lots of ice cream options. Only the tea is dairy free though!

Really delicious ice cream!! I got vanilla with strawberry and for the topping I chose peanut M&Ms. I loved it and I will definitely go back for more! Lots of flavors to try.

Really good milk tea!! The mocha mochi donut, the oreo Mochi donut, and the ube Mochi donuts were the best! I wish I could've tried the Black Sesame flavor but they were all out.

Parking: We went on a Sunday, but it's always hard to find parking in Hillcrest. We got lucky and found street parking a couple blocks away.

I would call myself a boba connoisseur, and I had high hopes coming into Gelabong. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast friendly service. Got the coffee and ube boba teas, which were the perfect sweetness (most places are insanely sweet which I don’t like). $20 for 2 boba teas and a mochi strawberry donut was very reasonable. keeping this my go-to spot when I need an after-work treat.

Been going here forever with my lady. The owner is so nice, and everything always taste so good, very consistent. The taiyaki is bomb and the ice cream flavors are always on point

Not bad for a boba spot. The drinks come pretty sweet so be warned. The jasmine tea has more flavor than the black tea. Boba texture is not bad and they did not stick together. Free 45min parking in the lot

Delicious Asian dessert place! This establishment specializes in taiyaki (waffle-type batter cooked in the shape of a fish that has a sweet filling) and mochi donuts. The taiyaki can filled with other fillings besides the traditional red bean paste (such as nutella, strawberry, custard, etc.). You can pair your taiyaki with different flavors of soft serve. The mochi donuts come in several flavors. They also serve boba drinks and smoothies that can be specialized as well. Nice little place to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Drinks were ok.The tayaki was cold by the time I received my order. Online ordering is useless, definitely not accurate times. Said order would be ready in 5 mins. Arrived 10 mins later. Waited another 15 mins to get my order. Parking here is a nightmare.
