I’ve visited Gelabong and noticed serious hygiene issues. Many drinks are made using sink water used for cleaning, gloves and hairnets aren’t worn, and cups are sometimes rinsed and reused. Ingredient containers and tools often appear unwashed, and personal items like shoes, bags, lunches, and even a dirty yoga mat were stored near food prep areas.
I’ve reported these concerns to health authorities. Families, especially with children, should consider these sanitation issues before visiting.

Walked in around 7 pm or 8 pm on a Friday with not a long wait for our orders. We had 4 taiyakis of custard, Nutella, red bean, and taro. The filling is pretty good but the batter is a little different from the taiyaki that I know. It's a little too soft for my liking. Our drinks were not bad. We got a strawberry hibiscus tea with boba which was perfect for a hot summer night. We also got peach oolong boba that was alright, nothing stood out much.

We got a variety of Donuts and some drinks for a pretty good price. Everything was delicious, so we went back in to get some taiyaki. For sure coming back here another time!
I recommend the mango or ube mochi donuts specifically.
Teas are basic, nothing special. Maybe slightly subpar. I was disappointed. Boba is a good type of chewy but tasteless.

Ordered the Ube mochi donut and the coffee black tea. The drink was amazing, perfect amount of sweetness and balance of coffee/tea flavor. The $4 donut was mediocre. Service was a bit slow as there was only one worker. Parking lot limited with tight/cramped spots.
