I didn't know vegan croissants could be this good.
I have been on an extremely restrictive diet regarding dairy for nearly a decade. In that time I have tried numerous non-dairy and or vegan foods. I’m no expert, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. When I tell you that this baker has mastered the art of vegan baked goods, I believe it to be an understatement.
