One of the best bagels in San Diego.
Unfortunately subpar to a NY bagel in terms of size (they’re too small) and they don’t put enough filling in the sandwiches (ie lox, cream cheese , etc). Also missing classic additives like dill and capers (says they put them on the menu, but the sandwich definitely didn’t have) . I would come back for just the bagels though.

I enjoyed my everything bagel with cream cheese! However, my friend ordered the lox bagel, and there were issues ten minutes after ordering where they didnt have the kind of bagel he had requested. The lox was also not of the best quality and was overshadowed by the cream cheese. The bagels themselves are the highlight

Golden Bagel has always been a crowd pleaser in our family. I always stop by, and always are satisfied with their bagels. The staff, especially Kekoa are very helpful, welcoming, and kind. The bagels are always served fresh and taste incredible. Forgot about the prices! Goodness! The prices are great, and the smoothies are absolutely amazing! I will keep coming and hopefully you all do too!
