First time at Gyu-Kaku and we happened to arrive during happy hour. I was surprised by how many menu items were included, so we ended up trying a little bit of everything.
Standouts included the Yuzu Shishito Peppers, Umakara Ribeye, and the Spicy Umami Mushroom Medley. The ribeye was perfectly marinated and easily my favorite meat of the night.
