This is the second time that I come to this location after my late work shift and the person on the drive thru tells me that their system is down for 10 to 15 min. They refuse to take my order but continue to serve online orders for delivery. I think that if you’re going to be advertising a 24 hours service you should specify what hours your system is down for maintenance every night.

I usually don't make complaints but today's experience 14March2025 12:07PM. it was a very bad experience, the drive thru rep He was rude, snobby, and not only that but had the audacity to get cute and slam the window on me. My chicken wraps had long strands of hair..And coincidentally the drive through rep had long hair.I just called corporate and I'm going further on this complaint.

Thursday 13 11:45am we bought some breakfasts and I want to tell you that it was an ugly experience, the quality of the food was horrible, frechstost looked like hard and old stones, both the bacon in the same way and the harshbrown not to mention. I am making this report because I live near this restaurant that is in University and it is not the first time that they give me ugly and old food, they asked why I say full there? Because it's the most serious thing I have to eat after work. We were dialing and they never answered, it was busy the whole time. They are not asking for money or food, they are simply asking for quality food. Thank you

ALWAYS the best drive thru customer service! Everytime I’ve visited this location everyone is always so polite, friendly, and overall have the best attitudes. There never is an issue with my order, they always get it right. GREAT JOB!

Thanks Sandra and Pablo! Manager and crew here were helpful as I struggled with the kiosk. Normally I walk away when I see the kiosk, but a young gentleman restocking fries asked if I needed help. I explained my issue, and a manager assisted us in the purchase of my Sourdough Jack combo. Thanks manager and crew, it’s never good walking away hungry or frustrated or both. Jacks crew came through. 👍👍

They have a new way of ordering it's all cool if you have a card ♠️ But if you want to pay with cash First you order but don't check ✔️ out you have to find someone to take your cash Or your order won't go through,and you sit there, wait ing thinking you pay when it's done
This is a busy district of town but they have parking and drive through which we didn't use but the cars were being served speedily.

This place sucks they forgot the bacon on my breakfast crescent plus when i got my order it was flat and cold by that time i was already home. When i say flat it was no way near as the picture on order display i did pay over $8.00 though never again!!

Lack of attention on the part of the employees, they don't care about the customer, it's worth nothing to them, the bathroom is disgusting, they don't clean it, under the lobby table and under the Coke machine a lot of garbage and days without cleaning, they should change it underneath to all the employees there including the manager. A local disaster.
