In all honesty the employees are awesome and the service is great! never had a problem at all in this jack in the box, considering it's also close to home, and food is also great as well never had anything bad with my usual order which is a chicken sandwhich, tacos, tiny tacos or ultimate cheeseburger and sometimes breakfast and throughtout all those times I have never recieved a bad or wrong order! 5 Stars All The Way!!!

Don't go there if your on lunch or rush.
Even if you order online the workers will ignore you until they are done with the drive thru area. I understand they're on a time crunch but the customer service can be fixed. A simple will be with you guys in a moment goes a long way .

This is the second time that I come to this location after my late work shift and the person on the drive thru tells me that their system is down for 10 to 15 min. They refuse to take my order but continue to serve online orders for delivery. I think that if you’re going to be advertising a 24 hours service you should specify what hours your system is down for maintenance every night.

I usually don't make complaints but today's experience 14March2025 12:07PM. it was a very bad experience, the drive thru rep He was rude, snobby, and not only that but had the audacity to get cute and slam the window on me. My chicken wraps had long strands of hair..And coincidentally the drive through rep had long hair.I just called corporate and I'm going further on this complaint.

Thursday 13 11:45am we bought some breakfasts and I want to tell you that it was an ugly experience, the quality of the food was horrible, frechstost looked like hard and old stones, both the bacon in the same way and the harshbrown not to mention. I am making this report because I live near this restaurant that is in University and it is not the first time that they give me ugly and old food, they asked why I say full there? Because it's the most serious thing I have to eat after work. We were dialing and they never answered, it was busy the whole time. They are not asking for money or food, they are simply asking for quality food. Thank you
