Showed up a few minutes before 11, they had not gotten busy yet in the food court. Staff very friendly and the service was quick. Small interior, so you have to wait outside for your order, and they cook to order, so expect a short wait. The chicken katsu survived the 10-minute ride home very well as it was not over-sauced. Stopped in for takeout sandwiches. Lovely sandwiches and wonderful, friendly staff. I had the egg salad with a nice presentation with a jammy egg. The milk bread was fresh and fluffy.

I couldn't wait to try this place, This is a new start up place so have patience! The food was absolutely amazing, so fresh and delicious. I got the shrimp sandwich and the 1/2 egg and fresh fruit with a green tea. The wonderful nice ladies working there were so nice and made good suggestions!
