Food is solid over all, I have been several times, and everything has been good enough for me to return. The workers have always been nice and on top of the orders. I only rate the atmosphere low because the place is small and the inside seating isn't very good, but it's clean and there are some nice little tables outside to enjoy during the nice summer days.
Roberto’s is a SD staple. All my friends went to school at SDSU back in the early 90s. Many many carne asada burritos consumed in various states of consciousness. I went back today (concert at Humphries by the bay) and it absolutely did not disappoint. Haven’t been in 30y(!) and still freaking awesome as I remember it. Good value too. Burritos are huge and packed with carne and guacamole. Way better than Albertos/aldabertos/whatever it’s called.
Wow, I’ve been away for a few years and this place brought me right back. Clean, quick, professional, and most importantly, Delicious and freshly prepared food. This will definitely be my go to spot to recommend to anyone.
