This little restaurant is a gem hidden off the main streets of Hillcrest. I almost don't want to review it because of how good everything is. I like the intimate setting of a neighborhood restaurant. I was surprised to find how much attention to detail there was in the dishes we ordered. One the charcuterie board there was a good variety of cheeses, meats, dried fruit, nuts, and jam. Service was slow, but very friendly when they were there. The food was outstanding. Maybe they were short staffed that night? I will give it another try because the food was that good.

I attended dinner with friends. The calamari was perfectly crisp. The red wine went well with dinner. The bread was light, the caprese salad was simple and elegant. The special which was linguini, Italian sausage, a wonderful cheese, and sage was light, tasty and so italian.
