I am extremely upset about a purchase I made. The vendor told me the sourdough bread is diabetic friendly but didnt mention the arrowroot flour used in the bread. Arrowroot is not diabetic friendly and converts into sugar. My blood sugar has spiked 60 points to an unhealthy level and I am just letting you know that the bread is not diabetic friendly at all. I am upset that my health is compromised just so they could make a sale.
