I’ve had multiple experiences at this McDonald’s, and Amir has taken my order in the past as well and he has never gotten it wrong. Every single time, he’s been friendly, professional, and on top of everything, even when the store is super busy.
Amir keeps things running smoothly, makes sure orders are accurate, and brings a positive attitude that really stands out its amazing. It’s rare to see someone be this consistent in customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job.
If Amir is working, you already know your order is going to be right and your experience is going to be a good one. He’s amazing and absolutely deserves recognition. He is an amazing representation for how McDonalds employees should work/behave.

This location is not giving people any monopoly pieces with their food/drink orders. Every item I ordered through the app said it would have a monopoly piece and when I got my order not 1 item actually had any monopoly pieces on it but last time I came to this same location some of the same items I ordered today did have the pieces. Employees are not giving customers what they should be.

I visited a McDonald’s today and was really disappointed by the overall experience. The restaurant was dirty — tables were sticky, trash was scattered on the floor, and even the soda station had debris. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days, and the manager and an employee were chatting instead of cleaning. On top of that, the food portions seem smaller than they used to be, yet the prices keep going up. Over the years, both the quality and the value have noticeably declined, which makes the experience feel far from worth the cost. 😕

Didn't want to help us order inside and when they finally did on the kiosk I still had to go pay at the register and wait again. So wait wait wait and wait. With 10 minutes between each. No thank you. We walked out and won't come back. Do better for $20 and hour you'd think the workers care... nope not at all.

Thee dinning area stay clean, but the main reason I keep returning to this location is due to the welcoming feeling I get from ya girl💕 wit the pretty color eyelashes and her bright red hair!! Stop in when she's working and you'll know exactly what I mean. She's awesome at her job excellent people skills, and I never asked her name.. ❤️❤️❤️ my order was not right but she fixed everything without hesitation. I read some of the previous reviews and I am feel bad for them, but my experiences has been good every time, and the one who I'm referring to will go above and beyond..
