Our concern goes beyond our main ingredients. While tea, herbs, and spices are not genetically modified plants, some of the other ingredients we use in our blends, like natural flavors, have sub-ingredients derived from potentially GMO sources. You can sip easy knowing that every component is free of GMOs. Popular tea packaging is often composed of plastic that originates from GMO-corn. Hot Chocolate
Our hot chocolate, also known as drinking chocolate, is a heated drink consisting of cacao powder, heated milk and sweetened with vanilla. You can top it with our house made whipped cream! Our cacao powder is dairy free. Substitute milk with plant based alternative to get vegan hot chocolate.

A very cool and unique spot either a distinct charm. It appears to very part of a residential home, which gives it a cozy feeling. There is a small outdoor seating area that adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The coffee was quite good, though it could benefit from a slight re-dial to fine-tune the flavor. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit.

A beautifully decorated spot with delicious looking pastries (no gf options when I was there unfortunately!). It’s open and well lit with lots of indoor and outdoor seating on a quiet ish street corner. Plants abound in this green, chill spot.
I tried the Churro White Mocha (had never heard of such a fun thing before!) and it was creamy, tasty and delicious.

I’m here for short time this place is excellent their signature breakfast sandwich is so good I did read reviews from prior customers I feel not everyone can be satisfied this place is amazing
