They have a good free comedy night on Tuesday with $5 pints. Occasionally the comedians can be really funny. There is a mix of amateurs and more polished comedians that are practicing new jokes. Don’t forget some cash for a modest tip. The show is free and casual.
I usually stop here if I am in San Diego. They stay open later than most and have a wide variety of options for everyone. Parking can be a hassle since it’s street parking. They have plenty of seating out front and in the back.
Excellent beer! There are only a few places that have a barrel aged Imperial Stout.
