The lady that I placed an order with she was so mean and doesn't know how to smile, I had a question about the oatmeal bowl and what type, she answered me back saying you never had it before in a mockery way. And the oatmeal wasn't done right she added cold water instead of hot water. Log story short it was uneatable. The mall has better stores and kiosk selling healthy drinks and food to choose from. Stay away from the kiosk or you'll be wasting your money.

Amazing açaí spot! The açaí was super fresh and delicious, with great texture and flavor. The toppings were high quality and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Definitely one of the best açaí places I’ve tried highly recommend!

Great experience! I love coming to UTC mall stopping by by Superberry on sundays. It feels like a perfect afternoon spot. Whenever you get the chance, I really recommend trying the cheese breads!

Best açaí in San Diego, worth the drive, the delivery fee or whatever is on your way of getting it. I have to highlight that the toppings are always fresh, strawberries and blueberries are always looking like they were just picked. Their açaí texture is by far the main reason i keep coming back, it's not your average cheap açaí sorbet, they probably give an extra attention to the temperature that thing is kept. I've had their coffee a couple of times, straight black coffee and also their espresso. If your main thing is a good coffee bean quality, well prepared in the morning, you're safe, it's your best opportunity at Westfield UTC mall.

Acai cup would have been good except we asked for Nutella to be added. About a third of the cup was Nutella (no exaggeration), and when we asked if other things could be added to eat with the chocolate we were declined that option. Skip the nutella.

Oof yeah this one was rough.

Ordered a large acai bowl via uber eats. What arrived was a 16 oz cup filled with layers of various things I may or may not have ordered, nothing was mixed and was just globbed together thoughtlessly (think giant clumps of dry protein powder on top of a layer of like a cup of chia seeds topped with a grotesque amount of nutella).

So the price for a single large (actually medium) acai bowl (that came in a sloppily prepared cup) and a single juice was $50 via uber. I regret using my credit on this, avoid in the future if you're reading this, place is a total scam.

Edit: Oh yeah, and no utensils were included even though they were requested.

Enzo did amazing customer service, gave me a detailed explanation of how it works and flavors, I tried the one he recommended and like & I must say he was not wrong, can’t wait to go back and tried a different flavor !!
