We came to try this place for dinner and it was pretty solid! Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant seems a little grimy and dirty but has good food. Dogs are allowed indoors! We got the baba ghanoush which was flavorful and came with generous amounts of pita. We also got the family feast which had a generous portion of chicken kebab, chicken shawarma, beef kofta, and gyros. Delicious!
Wandered into Ocean Beach kabob during the holiday parade on Saturday. Had a lovely filling Gyro Bowl with a random group, so as not to take a table for four by myself. What I found special about the food here was they were super willing to accommodate my request to hold hummus and pita, and to add extra salad and rice. Oftentimes this works out to be an empty bowl. Located in downtown Ocean beach and a little walk to ocean side, this place has nice ambient location. Limited parking in front - 2 hrs street parking from 10-6 pm.Service is friendly and the staff were very attentive.Food is 3/5 - french fries and cheese egg roll probably the winners but the falafel could be improved as well as the sesame-chickpeas sauce since I feel it’s watery and lack taste. Adding garlic sauce could probably improved the wrap as well
