Birria was dry :( they forgot to add the cheese, cilantro, and lime
I seen this food truck & decided to order one queso birria taco just to see if I would like it, considering many birria spots serve more fat than actual meat. Papi’s completely exceeded my expectations. The taco was incredibly flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned… it was by far the best I’ve had in San Diego, CA

The birria fries are AWESOME! Price is a little bit steep, but man they are so good! I only wish the food truck was open earlier or there was also an actual restaurant to get this delicious food during the day.
