I asked one of the staff Ramon C a heavyset man with a hat if the fries contained wheat because I was craving carne asada fries. He said no. After I ate most of them saw up close that they had a coating. I asked him again and he said the fries don’t have wheat but the seasoning contains flour. I had to tell him flour is made from wheat.

The place itself is super nice, the inside looks clean and appealing, however for $20 I can get a burrito double their size at a lot of places, now lets talk about the food, the fries is cold, steak is cold, mind you I ate my food right away the waiter looked like he doesn’t want me to be there and order anything. Overall 2/5

Um….$20 for a TINY protein bowl with 3 shrimp and beans, rice and cabbage? I could not believe how tiny and shallow the bowl was!
It looks like a small side dish, not a whole meal for $20. I’m STILL hungry after spending all that money!!!

Here’s the catch: they advertise “food assembled to order.” But every restaurant does that
What they do not do, even if you ask, is prepare the carne asada, chicken asada or pastor “fresh upon order”
As a result, one receives a precooked protein languishing in a stainless steel container where it becomes dry and tasteless
The cashier’s favorite reply is we just cooked a large batch of the protein, so you don’t need us to cook it fresh
And we ain’t gonna do it
Doesn’t take much time to cook the protein upon order and provide the better quality
Equals happier customer
PS: the carne asada needs some spice for flavor
It wasn't exactly bad, but it also wasn't very good. I guess the word is mediocre.
Way too much lime on everything. Salsa was lacking and not spicy at all.

Walked in fresh out of work on a Friday night about 6:30 pm, needed to wash my hands. I asked the counter person for the code to the washroom, she looked at me confused then directs me to another employee. He looked me over and said the restroom is for customers only! I responded with “I am a customer”he looked at the cash register like a “get to it”my response to this was”I guess my business is not wanted here” and walked out! I have eaten here many times in the past, FYI I am a middle aged white male with a military haircut, I’m clean cut. This place now SUCKS DONT GO THERE!!

Had lunch here. We ordered the carne asada burrito and the chicken with sriracha burrito. The food was good. The salsa bar also had some good salsas. Given that prices are going up, the food was pretty expensive. Most burrito places, you could get a burrito under $10 or around that. But they were charging $14 for a much smaller burrito. And the kicker was that a small tray of chips and beans was billed at almost $10. Definitely not worth the steep price.
