Amazing service! Super scrumptious donuts. Our kids absolutely loved them. The employee was super patient with the kids which was very much appreciated.

Great donuts. Why 4 stars instead of 5? They need a chocolate topped donut filled with custard instead of just having whipped cream filling. Otherwise they are just exceptional, especially the plain cake with the crunchy style shell.

It's unacceptable that on a Saturday morning (10:15am),that only one person was waiting on customers. Compound the issue that this person was trying to explain the variety of donuts, she was also trying to make specialty coffee drinks. One would think that on a weekend morning, when you're more likely to encounter more customers, this establishment would be adequately staffed. There are other options for donuts, bagels, and coffee within this complex. Lastly, the donuts are good, but not great, and overpriced.

The guy I ordered with on the phone was amazing. The donuts tasted like old oil. I called back to try to let them know they may want to change out the oil and they "assured" me that they change out their oil every morning. A donut shop who changes out their oil ONCE A DAY. Am I the only person who sees something wrong here? They didn't understand the issue btw. I was gaslit into believing old oil donuts were normal.

The donuts looked very good. The line was so long, I stood there for 10 minutes, while 1 employee was trying their best im sure. I had to leave. I can't wait 30 minutes for a donut.

Hey, did you know that Randy's Donuts or Doughnuts has come done from Inglewood, Los Angeles to San Diego, California. No, really, they have. They are down on Murphy Canyon Road. I was driving by, and it was like, "Hey, it's Randy's Donuts, I am in!"I've never been, so the very nice lady helped me out and recommended theButter Crumb Raised, which was a great choice, and I chose the Lemon Old Fashion, which was terrific. They didn't have a cortado on the menu, so I ordered the Caffè macchiato.I loved the lemon flavor and texture of the lemon old fashion. The frosting was lemony, and so was the cake part of the doughnut. The Butter Crumb was fantastic. It was super soft and tasted great. It was a winner. I do plan to return to try some new flavors. The macchiato was good, but not as good if it was a cortado. The staff members were all super friendly. Thank you for coming to San Diego Randy!

Mediocre donuts at best. SMH. The glazed donuts taste like old oil. It's a hard no for me.
