A pleasant surprise! I had the bento box combo with a california roll, salad, rice, and chicken teriyaki. The salad was fresh but a bit odd to me with more of an Italian dressing. However, the chicken teriyaki was very flavorful and the california roll was tasty and fresh. The employee taking my order was nice. The price seemed fair for the quality and amount of food I got. I would happily eat here again!

I feel their pokerito is pretty banging. It's like a Hawaiian twist on sushi especially their mayo sauce. I like dipping with soy sauce. Highly recommend. It has green wrapped tortilla around a giant sushi roll. A good amount of poke sushi. Lived up to the poke bowl in a burrito -without the bowl. My boyfriend got the sushi roll. Rising Sun Sushi is exactly what you would expect from a mall food court Sushi place...just OK. This place is fairly new to the food court. The staff is great. Very friendly and polite but those are the highlights. I ordered their basic California Rolls and it was again, just OK. I read other reviews that the rolls did not appear fresh.
