Sangucheria also does yuca fries. The food was exactly what was hoped for when reading Peruvian Street Food. The sandwich was 10 out of 10, and the empanada was also a 10 out of 10. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are apparent in every bite. They will definitely be coming back to try the asado sandwich.
