We visited Sea World, San Diego, and bought coffee at the Starbucks there. We ordered decaf, but unfortunately the coffee was not only completely unpleasant-tasting, it was also much more expensive than at a regular Starbucks location — and the portion was noticeably smaller, about half of a normal serving.
I understand that Starbucks is a large company with many licensed locations, but I believe it is important to occasionally review what is being served under your brand name. Otherwise, there is a risk of losing the trust and loyalty of your customers.
