The atmosphere is very good and the service is better. There is a little brother named Tian who has very good service. The hot pot is also very delicious and authentic. We are Chengdu people and we all think it tastes good.

Second time visiting, this time for family's birthdays! 🎂
A little on the pricier end for a hot pot place, but overall still a wonderful experience. They really capture that authentic Chinese style, and I can speak personally being first generation.
The portions are decent and the quality of the items are very high! There are even some more exotic choices (pig brain, goose intestine, wagyu) you won't find at others. There is also a paid sauce bar ($3 per person, all must pay) and an area with free snacks next to it. As always I picked the tomato broth with bone broth as the secondary. The method of delivery here is similar to most others, but they have you fill out a large form for your requested items (you'll see it in other reviews) and they will be brought over. Some of my favorites would have to be the quail eggs, cuttlefish, and money pouch (left out the red meats since those are obvious choices). They also have something called the Kung Fu cucumber that's basically one that has gone though a mandolin and presented nicely.
My only complaints would be that they don't let you split the flavor broths into more than two per table. Also there are only two non-spicy flavors and I believe there were three different spicy levels for the hot one, some more flavors would have been nice.
The parking is also painful as the shopping areas nearby have started hiring guards to watch customers to make sure they only enter those stores and not to cross the street etc.
Sadly I forgot to take some photos myself, but I trust the photo gallery on Google will be more than satisfactory. Definitely try this place at least once! One of the best food sites on Convoy for sure.
Vegetarian options: It's a hot pot place! Sadly vegetarians aren't really their target audience, but the broth choice can have no meat and you can pick the items that work for you.
Parking: It's Convoy, it's gonna be bad unless you get lucky
My friend and I had hot pot at this place on Oct 18th 2024. We ordered beef, lamb and shrimp.
Both of us had discomfort the second day. I had diarrhea and low fever. Even though it is hard to prove the causality between their food and our symptoms, I want to contribute my data point and keep them under scrutiny of food safety.

Quality food with an exceptional space. The meats were extremely fresh, we got the Angus and lamb. I loved their tomato broth and yam noodles. Their drinks were also above par. They have authentic soy milk and tasty passion fruit tea. They have two small separated spaces for groups of 5, which were absolutely adorable. Make sure your pencil check marks are thick and big. I tried to order crab sticks twice and they never came. Make sure to look over the bill. They missed the soy milk the first time so I marked it again the second time but the bill came with two.

Found a roach in our food last night…. Told our server who informed the manager. The server was also rude and had an attitude when we asked questions about the menu/how to order(it was our first and last time here). The manager was nonchalant about the bug in our food. They asked if there was anything they could do, we asked for a discount. We should’ve just got the entire meal for free. The food wasn’t good and was overpriced. The bug was in the half and half pot and it came out when i dunked my chicken in it. Meaning all the food from the half and half pot was consumed with a roach in it. This is a health and safety violation. There was also flys flying around the food in the restaurant and in the bathroom. Do not go here and spend your hard earned money at this place. There’s better places right down the street!! I am disappointed and disgusted. If you look at their health violations on Yelp, this isn’t the first time they’ve had sanitary concerns. It’s disgusting and I am repulsed.

This is a pretty good hotpot restaurant. There’s lots of variety of meats and vegetables, sauces, and sides/deserts to choose from. The medium/mild level of spicy is very spicy. Service here was good. Enjoyed eating here and would come back.
