Best sausage sandwich I’ve had in my life. What a hidden gem.
Excellent spot to grab a great sandwich and head to the roof for world class airplane spotting.
First time trying this business and highly recommend it. Ordered the Turkey Club and everything was fresh. Picked up a bag of Italian chips to go with a side.

Located in San Diego, Sicilian-ish Cafe and Deli is a gem with outstanding service and friendly staff. The pizza is among the best tasting in San Diego, with sauce made from scratch and sandwiches made with quality meats and cheese. The thick chocolate cookies are the best in San Diego or anywhere, even better than the Crack Shack down the street. The ham, bacon, and cheese sandwich is incredible, with crispy bacon, juicy ham, and gooey cheese on fresh bread. The spicy Italian and caprese panino are excellent, with bread that is perfection. The coffee is close to heaven, and the panini is very tasty. The café has a cozy atmosphere, comfy seating, and good vibes. Parking may be limited, but it is worth it.
