I come here pretty often, and I never really have any problems. I had their brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, and it was very disappointing. All I could taste was oatmilk . And very minimal brown sugar. I should’ve asked to get my drink roommate. But just a note for next time.

This review is for the manager Joe! I came in today and left with a Venti drink didn't seem to be as full as I'm used to. I called to see if I could run back to have it remade and he immediately said no problem. I got a little pushback from one of the employees saying she could just add more ice, but he came out and had such a friendly and positive attitude!
