The staff is noted for being nice, fast, and helpful, even during boisterous construction noises. A manager named April provides excellent service, attending to problems super friendly and keeping the store super clean with bathrooms that are super clean. Another barista, Paul, is a favorite for greeting everyone with a smile and giving stickers to a crying toddler. The drinks and food are delicious, and the store smells amazing. It is the only Starbucks in North Park with a drive-through, where they get through the line quickly with an iPad.
