About Starbucks

Starbucks is a popular coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and friendly employees. However, some issues have been reported, including the presence of sketchy individuals, such as homeless people and one gentleman who caused problems by approaching customers uncomfortably and yelling at one customer. In one instance, a customer was escorted out of the store after getting into an altercation with the gentleman. Additionally, there have been mistakes with drink orders, including one instance where an allergen was accidentally included in a drink. Despite these issues, the staff has been generally accommodating and willing to make things right. The drive-thru service has been a problem for some customers.
