1- Supposed to open at 4:30AM, yet the two senior ladies behind the counter said, and I quote: “past 4:30, waaay past 4:30, because we have to setup.” I kindly replied: “no worries, I can wait, I have no where else to go… ?”2- Then they proceeded to switch to Spanish to bad mouth me.3- Unbeknownst to them, Spanish IS my native language…RUDE
One hour wait in line just for the drink to be made wrong and have to leave with nothing almost missing my flight. Repeated to the cashier multiple times what I wanted, receipt was correct and it’s like they didn’t even look.
