I just stopped by during a visit to get a quick drink, and was greeted/welcomed the moment I stepped foot into the store. I was having trouble deciding what to get and Megan and Victoria were eager to help give the perfect recommendations! I am very happy with the service I received and the drinks were absolutely delicious ? ?I will definitely be back!

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and provided amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make my drink just right and did it with a smile. I had my rescue pup with me when I ordered and without asking they offered to make him a Puppachino. That was his very first Puppachino and he absolutely loved it. I want to give a special thank you to two baristas, Thomas and Sierra. Exceptional service and great attitudes. I look forward to coming back to this location again. Thanks guys!

Poor service. Barrista only put on mask only when asked about his mask. Very disappointed with store Management.

Great mid-afternoon Frappuccino with only one barista and plenty of customers! She served everyone quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. After we were served a second employee showed up, and the customers kept on coming in. Small but nice shop.

Generally friendly staff but there's some kind of heating/cooling machine attached to the door at the entrance that makes a very loud noise whenever the door opens. Quite annoying and I'm not easily annoyed. Hard to sit inside and enjoy yourself because of it, but perhaps that ends up benefiting the store because of the high turnover rate at the tables?

Who doesn't brew "DARK ROAST" after 11am??? I don't know if to be offended or pissed??? Especially since this was the 3rd starbucks in a row I drove to after commuting from LA! 2 tbumbs up (somewhere) for you starbucks!!! 1 no water 2nd no coffee this one no dark after 11am... 4th starbucks in La Jolla would dissapoint by dumping the dark roast at 4 something right before I walked in... So why would you dump what's the last of something you're not making anymore of after 4.... Yea that's smart. I really think I'm over Starbucks at this point.
