I rarely write a negative review. Also want to preface that maybe it was the wrong time I went in. A Sunday, in North Park, right after lunch. Waited more than 40 min for a smoothie. Had to ask the workers if maybe we got skipped? There was definitely a slow long line when we got in there so again maybe we just got there at the wrong time? Was hoping to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere but my friend and I stood at the counter just waiting for which seemed like forever. Maybe...
Just moved into a new place out here in La Jolla and needed some work done after another company totally flaked on me. Took a shot calling them, and to my surprise, they actually answered the phone right away. The team was really responsive and got everything finished without any hassle. They even followed through with updates so I wasn’t left hanging (yeah, not fun). Definitely happy with how it all turned out.
To be honest, the atmosphere here is more wortwhile than the coffee is.. not the best baristas. Oftentimes espresso comes out sour because they ran it thru the machine for too long...
