Suki Hana is a Japanese restaurant located in a food court, known for its generous portions and tasty dishes. Customers frequently praise the Chicken Teriyaki, Beef & Shrimp Teriyaki, and the option to substitute rice for noodles, all of which are described as flavorful and well-cooked. The prices are considered reasonable, with many noting the value for the amount of food served. Special deals, such as a punch card offering a free meal after five purchases, add to the appeal.
However, the restaurant's atmosphere is less inviting, situated in a hidden area of the food court. Customers have mentioned that the wait times for food can be lengthy, with some experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes. There are also complaints about the customer service, as staff members were not seen as friendly or helpful, leading to confusion about where to order and pick up food.
Despite these drawbacks, the quality and quantity of the food make Suki Hana a popular choice among diners looking for a satisfying meal. Overall, it is recommended for those willing to overlook the service and atmosphere for delicious Japanese cuisine.
