In A Nutshell:-Tacos el Gordo is a small shack across the beach off of Ocean Front Walk.-I recommend ordering their FISH TACOS.-You get two of them for $10.99.-They taste very, very good.-They have the right crisp, the fish is moist & I really love their tartar sauce.Overall, the service is very efficient & friendly.

Upon first hearing about Tacos el gordo I cannot lie I was skeptical. I heard about this place from a friend back home. And although I trust her opinion I had to take it with a grain of salt knowing she was from Arizona. Anyways upon approaching this hole in the wall I was drawn by the smell and lack of line. Went here for the first time, heard it was very popular and a must try spot. Upon entering it was a good clean environment for the exception of the sloppy cooks. I was told in line by locals to stay away from the buche and lengua but that peaked my interest and I tried all of the meats, all I have to say about the price is I felt like I got scammed since when can you charge 6 dollars a taco for buche and lengua but this place shouldn't be charging that, also they were small street...read full review
