The most authentic and flavorful Ramen I've had thus far!
I chose the Vegan Ramen with a side of black garlic oil and it had my taste buds in heaven.
Our server Philipe was phenomenal, he did most, if not all the work, by servicing multiple tables. He made sure we had what we needed, the food came out fresh, hot and on time.
This was such a great experience.

I got the Spicy Sesame Ramen, but took out the mushrooms, onion and bok choy. Even without those ingredients, there was still a lot in my bowl. They also offered free extra noodles, for a limited time, to celebrate their restaurant anniversary. I accepted, of course. For drink, I had a peach lemonade. Now that was very good, that was the first time I tried a peach lemonade. Freshly squeezed as advertised. The quality of the ramen reminded me a bit of Marufuku Ramen in NorCal....

The wait on a Monday evening was not long.

The ramen noodles tasted like the recipe has been changed. Haven't been here for a few months.

They serve Calpico in a glass! Super excited about that and for some reason I thought there were complimentary refills, but alas I was mistaken; however, our server obliged and I was super grateful for that. Service is a tad slow and the check ups have too large of a gap. My advice for all restaurants...
