Good stuff:
-Great products and baked goods at reasonable prices. If you're getting something to go, it's a huge upgrade from Starbucks.
-A/C is cranked on hot days
-Decent generic music
Bad Stuff:
-Terrible, dated decor. Worn out furniture, generally dirty, especially floors.
-Unusable WiFi. This can be a deal-breaker if you don't have an unlimited data plan.

My first time there. Not busy so I was surprised at the turtle speed service. Sat inside as it was a cool day but found that it was colder inside than outside. My latte was cold too. Music was too loud. Not so comfy. Not so friendly.
Their coffee is just too bland and can't be compared to Starbucks'. I don't drink tea, therefore I don't have an opinion on that.
