Initially, I was unaware of how close this Rubio's is to my workplace - it's just a 5-10 minute drive down the street. What sets this Rubio's apart is its exceptional cleanliness and the friendly demeanor of the entire staff. The parking is easily accessible, and the seating areas are well-maintained. The folks here need help because they are seriously the slowest Rubio's I have visited. It's crazy to walk in to a mostly vacant restaurant and have them tell you that it will be a 25 minute wait. I'm sure the wait is due to all of the mobile orders they do, but they need to hire more cooks. I switched to doing mobile orders, but those are usually later than advertised on the app.
