The burgers are good, but nothing really stood out as spectacular. I went at lunch and it was pretty busy so there was a longer wait for the food. The place was pretty crowded and noisy, so it was not the best place to have a conversation during peak hours.
This review is specifically for Kevin at the front taking orders, if he isn’t a manager already he really should be! He was polite, helpful, genuinely kind and obviously cares about his job. He represents the company well. I have been a manager myself for years and was so impressed by His level of customer service, I truly hope The Habit recognizes this, they have a true gem working for them!
